I was introduced to Melaleuca products by my aunty. She knew that I took living a healthy life was important. Currently, I'm in progress trying the products such as household, weight management and so far I love the Attain and Lemon Brite Dishwash..

Attain ni salah satu product Melaleuca untuk Weight Management. Makcik kata kenyang minum attain tu...So aku pun nekad nak try...
Pagi ni, sebelum g ofis, aku minum attain. Fuhhh memang kenyang sungguh.. :-) :-) sesuai untuk orang yg nak diet.. aku minum pagi dan malam...

Cara seperti dibawah:

1) Masukkan 1 scoop attain dalam shaker (Vitality for life blender bottle)
